Karen Martin earned her M.A in Spanish from the University of Texas at Arlington and joined the TCU faculty in 1997. Karen generally teaches lower-division Spanish Language courses. She has been a faculty sponsor for Connections classes and participates in various other campus events. Karen has presented at the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese conference and is a member of CALICO and OAAL. She is also certified in Bilingual Early Childhood Education teacher and enjoys taking mission trips when possible.
